Hanover (Scotland) Housing Association is procuring works and services for the delivery of responsive maintenance, void property works, roofing and drainage services across its housing stock and associated properties in Scotland. The services will support the maintenance, repair and, where instructed, improvement of Hanover’s properties, including occupied homes, void properties, communal areas, supported and sheltered housing, offices and other managed properties. The procurement is divided into regional and workstream-based Lots, and successful providers will be required to deliver safe, customer-focused, compliant and well-managed services throughout the contract term.
NHS Lanarkshire Health Board (“the Board”) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to tender for appointment to the NHSL329-26 Joinery Contractors Framework. The framework will support the Property & Support Services Division in delivering planned, reactive, routine and emergency joinery works across NHS Lanarkshire’s healthcare estate. The framework will comprise three lots: Lot 1: University Hospital Monklands, works below GBP 5,000 - Lot 1 covers planned, routine, reactive and emergency joinery works valued below GBP 5,000 at University Hospital Monklands. One contractor will be appointed and must provide a responsive service, including 24-hour, 365-day emergency cover, in accordance with the specified priority response times. Lot 2: Community Sites, works below GBP 5,000 - Lot 2 covers planned, routine, reactive and emergency joinery works valued below GBP 5,000 across the NHS Lanarkshire community sites listed in Appendix A of the Specification. One contractor will be appointed and must provide a responsive service, including 24-hour, 365-day emergency cover and travel between sites where required. Lot 3: Small Works valued between GBP 5,000 and GBP 50,000 - Lot 3 covers planned joinery works valued over GBP 5,000 and up to GBP 50,000. Between three and five contractors may be appointed, comprising Primary and Reserve Contractors. Requirements will normally be awarded through quotation or mini-competition, with the applicable award criteria and quality-to-price weighting confirmed for each requirement. The framework will operate for an initial period of 24 months, with the option to extend for a further two 12-month periods. Contractors must provide a safe, reliable and responsive service that supports clinical operations.
The kitchen upgrades comprise the replacement of existing kitchens, the supply and installation of wall cabinets and base units, laminate worktops with mitred joints, sinks with single level mixer taps and relevant waste fittings. The works will also comprise wall boarding above worktops and to the underside of wall cabinets, all as detailed within the Employers Requirements. The bathroom upgrades comprise the replacement of existing bathroom /wet floor room installations, the supply and installation of new shower screens, electrical showers, extractor fans, IP rated LED light fitting and all associated multi-trades works. The works will also comprise wet wall board finishes all as detailed within the Employers Requirements.
North Ayrshire Council ("the Council") invites tenders for the provision of a Measured `Term Contract for a combined re-roofing, re-rendering, external wall insulation and solar photovoltaic (PV) installation programme to residential properties at various locations throughout North Ayrshire. The initial contract period will be three (3) years from the commencement date of 1 April 2027 to 31 March 2030, with the option to extend for up to two (2) additional periods of twelve (12) months each, at the sole discretion of the Council.
The Scottish Police Authority (known as “the Authority”) has a requirement for Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Furniture and Associated Equipment across its estate throughout Scotland. The current provision for the Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Furniture and Associated Equipment is due to expire on 31 March 2027. The Authority therefore requires a suitably experienced and competent Contractor to deliver these services under a single-supplier framework. The successful Contractor will be responsible for the comprehensive supply, delivery, installation and associated support of office furniture and related products across the Authority’s estate. The Contractor must be capable of delivering the full scope of services across the entire geographical area of Scotland, including the Highlands, Islands and other remote locations. The Contractor must maintain sufficient resources, infrastructure, suitably qualified personnel, vehicles and delivery capability to provide a consistent, reliable and responsive service across all required locations throughout the duration of the Framework Agreement.
Stirling Council is seeking to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor to provide the storage, inspection, testing, maintenance, installation, commissioning, removal and repair of festive lighting throughout Stirling City Centre.
