Invitation to tender for a Turnkey Refurbishment of Teaching Kitchen Facilities Including Replacement Equipment and Extract Ventilation System at North East Scotland College's Aberdeen City Campus
Perth & Kinross Council (‘the Council’) is seeking to appoint two suitably qualified and experienced contractors to carry out central heating life cycle replacement works on PKC’s domestic tenanted properties. The works comprise of the like-for-like replacement of gas boilers and radiators, full gas boiler systems inclusive of radiators and pipework; replacement of electric storage and panel heating systems, as well as the replacement of existing storage heating, electric wet boilers, and solid fuel heating with Air Source Heat Pumps. This list is not exhaustive. The full scope of works will be set out in the Employer’s Requirements within the tender documentation.
Work covers four developments in the highland and Moray district. The main body of work will comprise of painting the common areas and handrails at the development. Each development may have additional works. Please see the specifications and drawings provided with this tender, along with the pricing schedule. These development are listed as follows: Coppice Court, Grantown-on-Spey (External/Internal) Woodside Court, Grantown-on-Spey (External/Internal) Batchen Court, Forres (External/Internal) Cameron Court, Forres (External/Internal).

The Authority are seeking Contractor(s) for the provision of the supply, delivery, fitting, repair and refurbishment of Floor Coverings to the Scottish Higher (HE) and Further (FE) Education sector and some other public sector bodies in Scotland. The Authority are seeking to obtain, through this tendering process, price normalisation for all Institutions within a Lot - regardless of size and demand. The Authority are also seeking to gain a level of price normalisation across the sector. A maximum of 5 Contractors will be appointed per lot.
