This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 127EAW26Q0048 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for the Electrical System Repair, Switchgear Replacement 2.0 project at San Bernardino National Forest, California. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The Wisconsin National Guard issues a Request for Proposals (RFP) to award a single firm fixed- price contract for commercial construction services to provide all plant, labor, transportation, materials, tools, equipment, appliances and supervision necessary for the Repair Airfield Lighting System at Volk Field Air National Guard Base (ANGB), Camp Douglas, WI 54618. In accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) and standard commercial practices, the Contracting Officer has determined that these construction services are commercial in nature. Consequently, this procurement will be executed using the streamlined procedures of RFO FAR Part 12 in conjunction with RFO FAR Part 15 (Negotiated Contracting). The contract duration will be 510 calendar days after notice to proceed to include inspection and punch list. The magnitude of this project is between $10,000,000 and $15,000,000.
