Work is located at Grand Coulee Dam in Okanogan County, Washington. Principal components of work to be performed include work necessary to access and repair turbine runners and stay vanes in the Nathaniel Nat Washington Power Plant, including construction of temporary scaffolding, inspection, weld preparation, welding, grinding, and coating.
Brooklyn Bridge Park is an eighty-five (85) acre waterfront park in Brooklyn, NY. The Pier 1 section of the park is in need of lighting improvements to replace the aging metal halide lights installed during the build-out of the park. All proposed LED light fixtures will need to be tied into a recently installed new lighting panel. Brooklyn Bridge Park is Seeking proposals for an electrical contractor to remove the existing metal halide lighting fixtures and install the LED lighting fixtures and associated wiring.
Design and Construction service to completely replace the old heating and cooling system in the West side Fitness Center B585. Design, provide and install a new complete Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. All services and materials to complete the work IAW the SOW. See Attachment 1 - SOW for more details. The budget parameters for this budget are between $1,000,000.00 and $1,400,000.00.

Pre Solicitation Notice Synopsis THIS IS A SYNOPSIS OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION OR A REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS. PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE IS POSTED IN THE GOVERNMENTWIDE POINT OF ENTRY IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR 12.201-1(c)(2) [Deviation April 2026]. The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) announces a proposed contract action for the award of a firm-fixed-price commercial supply/service & construction contract for procurement of installation of a carbon monoxide detection system for the Federal Correctional Institution Safford located in Safford, AZ. FCI Safford is a federal correctional facility located at 1529 W. US HWY 366, Safford, AZ 85546. This acquisition will be conducted using FAR Part 12 [Deviation April 2026], Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services, in conjunction with the simplified procedures at FAR 12.201?1 [Deviation April 2026]. In accordance with FAR 12.201?1(c)(2) [Deviation April 2026], quotations will be solicited directly from at least three sources. This pre?solicitation notice is posted in the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) to promote competition to the maximum extent practicable. The requirement consists of all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and warranties necessary to install the carbon monoxide detection system. The contractor and any subcontractors must be reputable, holding valid and current contracting licenses. If required, personnel must provide certifications or documented proof of experience, demonstrating competency in executing the project. Proof must be provided to the Contracting Officer (CO) or COR upon request. All work and materials must comply with applicable local, state, and federal codes, including the latest editions of the International Building Code, NFPA, Life Safety Code, OSHA, American Correctional Association Standards, and other relevant regulations. This project involves the design, supply, installation, integration, testing, and commissioning of a Carbon Monoxide (CO) detection system that will be fully interfaced with the existing fire detection and alarm system (FDAS) in accordance with applicable codes and standards. The contractor is required to design and install carbon monoxide (CO) detectors in compliance with the latest National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) that will be compatible with our current Fire Alarm system, the Edwards EST3 system installed in 2022. All items must meet or exceed the specifications that will be provided in the forthcoming Request for Quotations (RFQ). Delivery of supplies and installation will be at FCI Safford 1529 W. US HWY 366, Safford, AZ 85546. The NAICS code for this requirement is 238210 – Electrical Contractors and Other Wiring Installation Contractors. The anticipated award date for this requirement is August 18, 2026.
